Ilana Palmgren is a Finnish actor (FIA) and artist working with theatre, performance art, movement and text. 

Currently living and working in the capital region of Finland.

Palmgren studied in Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatoire, Russia returning to Finland immediately due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine in the spring of 2022 completing degree based in Helsinki and at the The University of the Arts Helsinki Theatre Academy graduating in the summer of 2022 (Master of Arts in Theatre and Drama).






I have strong base in Stanislavsky System in acting and it is the core of my practice.
I combine and explore the metamorphosis
and intersections of psychosomatic and
classical acting training and
experimental performance art.
