CUES is an ongoing research and performance project exploring unseen resonance of colours and imagination and committed to interdisciplinary dialogue and exploratory curiosity.
A contemporary performance trilogy CUES explores the experientiality of colours and the cues they suggest towards places where the agreed-upon boundaries, norms, and narratives of knowing and being tremble.

Red Cues is a performative study of the personal, non-visual meaning of the colour red, exhaustion and frenzy, and the tenacious red that resides in all of us. The project began in July 2024 in Berlin in the SomoS artist-in-residence program by Palmgren and developed into a collaboration with sound artist Joni Salmela. Video, text, sound and performer’s body create a dynamic interplay inviting the experiencer to rethink their own connections to red, turning personal reflection into a collective experience.
